Profile and password
Resetting Your PasswordFor security reasons, b.liv requires a password for signing in to your account.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset the password under login or register click on forget password. Then simply enter your email address. If there is an account associated with the email address entered, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Please allow a few hours to receive the email; Do check your junk mail box as sometimes your mailbox may remark our email as junk.
Changing Your PasswordYou can change your password by clicking on Change Password within your account dashboard.
Updating Your ProfileTo change your account information, proceed to click on My Account and sign in.
My Account is located at the top of every b.liv webpage. You can view/ edit your profile, password, order details, ship-to addresses, and billing information.
