2. Choose Free Sample

You can select up to 2 samples per order with purchase $30 or above.

Please take note that:

• Only one of each sample can be added per order.
• Samples are limited and changes occasionally. substitutions will be made for out-of-stock samples.
• Due to the limited nature of the free samples, we are unable to reship samples if they arrive damaged, if you received the wrong one, or if one is missing from your order. Samples are shipped with your purchased order(s) only.

3. Checkout and Place Order

Login:
Once you are logged in, you will be able to select your shipping and billing address which you have saved in your account address book.

If you have a different shipping and billing address, simply un-tick the ship to this address box. Then select the address you want to ship from the drop down menu.

Alternately, click on new address and fill in all the required fields. Select save in address book for future use. This is the address which the parcel will be shipped to, prior written instructions.

Simply complete the billing and shipping information.

• Our standard carrier is DHL Express Worldwide.
• Please take note that several remote or rural areas and APO/FPO addresses may not be reached. Delivery is not available for PO box addresses.
• If you don’t see your country listed, meaning we are unable to ship to that destination.

Payment methods:

• If you have a discount code, click on discount code and enter the code comprised of a series of letters and numbers.
• Using PayPal (powered by iPay88) – accepting credit card of Visa or Mastercard and AMEX.

Order review:

• Please double check your order list.
• If you wish to edit your order list, click shopping cart button on the shopping process bar.
• Delete or edit on products/ sample quantity.
• Please make sure all information is correct. Click "Place Order" and you will be redirected to the online payment gateway to complete your payment transaction.

Place order:

• You will be redirected to the online payment gateway. Complete all information correctly to ensure successful transaction.

4. Order Confirmation Email

Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with bliv.com, you will receive an email that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation email is your receipt that can be printed for your records. The order confirmation email includes your order number (the same number that appeared on our website after successful submission of an order), the details of the products and corresponding prices, any credits or promotional discounts, taxes, shipping charges (if applicable), your ship-to and bill-to information, and the ship method.
